Morning Body Blessing Meditation

This breath is for your morning Body blessing, and it’s under two minutes long! I do this one thing every morning

Every morning I try to do a full body blessing, but find my mind starts to wander and then drift off. Also usually when I wake up I want to get the day started. S0 I made this short body blessing. Less than two minutes long!

All art are digital creations.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

As you inhale, visualize bright, healing energy flowing into your body. As you exhale, imagine any tension or stress leaving your body.

Now, bring your awareness to your feet. As you inhale, send love and gratitude to your feet for supporting you every day. As you exhale, visualize any tension or discomfort flowing out of your feet.

Move your awareness up to your ankles and repeat the process, sending love and gratitude to your ankles and releasing any tension.

Continue this process as you move up through your body, sending love and gratitude to each part and releasing any tension: your calves, knees, thighs, hips, lower back, stomach, chest, shoulders, arms, hands, neck, jaw, and face.

Take a few more deep breaths, feeling a sense of love and gratitude for your entire body.

As you go about your day, try to carry this feeling of love and gratitude with you, noticing any tension or discomfort as it arises and taking a moment to send love and gratitude to that part of your body.

Remember, your body is a beautiful and complex system that works hard for you every day. Show it love and gratitude and it will serve you well.

  1. It’s weird but I’ve never thought of using this technique at the start of a day, only as a relaxing meditation at a time like before going to sleep. Thanks Carl, this will be my new starter engine each day.
